For a job site, a farm, a remodel or a weekend event. Here's what rentals usually cost, how many units you need, and how to get local quotes.

Rural Pierce County is full of jobs that need a toilet but have no building: new houses in Graham and Frederickson, barn and shop builds, land clearing, family events on acreage, and farm stands.
Most rentals are by the month with weekly pumping and restocking, or by the event with delivery and pickup. Prices depend on the unit type, how often it's serviced, and how far the truck drives.
Typical public ranges, not quotes
These are typical ranges, not quotes. Ask each company what's included: delivery, pickup, weekly service, toilet paper, hand sanitizer.
Remote sites on gravel roads or far up the mountain highway may pay a delivery surcharge. Mention access in your request.
Construction sites: the federal OSHA rule (29 CFR 1926.51) sets a minimum of 1 toilet for up to 20 workers, and more for bigger crews. Washington's construction safety rules (WAC 296-155-140) cover sanitation too.
Public events: if the public attends, plan at least one accessible (ADA) unit. Ask your event permit office what it requires.
It depends on guests and hours. A common rule of thumb is about 1 unit per 50 guests for a 4-hour event, more if alcohol is served. Rental companies will size it for you.
OSHA's minimum is 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers, with more for larger crews.
For job sites, a few days is often enough. For summer weekends and big events, book weeks ahead.
